My only dealing with Zerorez has been when a tech was sent to pick up my area rug and take it to your facility for cleaning. One tech came and was unable to roll the rug by himself. I helped him with an injured hip. He asked my yard man to help him put the rug in his van. Without that help he would not have been able to secure the rug. Better planning next trip!

The hallway, stairs and area rug came very clean but the drying time is longer than 4-6 hours. We had them cleaned yesterday morning and some parts are still lighty wet.
