Had service scheduled Thursday, 10/24/2024, from 12 to 3pm. Received a Text msg from Brian around 11:15 stating he is about an hour away. Arrived before 12:30, checked the rugs with his light, told me what he was going to do to remove the deep spots, sprayed them and went to work. He did a wonderful job cleaning my rugs.

I have had my rugs cleaned by Zerorez for many years and would like to have Brian come back when I need my rugs cleaned again.

My technician Pete was awesome. Explained everything incredibly well and I was thoroughly surprised at how great my carpets looked. I’ve used Zerorez before, but this truly was the best job I’ve ever experienced. Carpet that I thought was a lost cause looks so refreshed. I hadn’t wanted company over at all I was so embarrassed by it. And that embarrassment is gone!
