My only critique is the initial appointment setup. I have used this company for three years in a row, and they can't seem to get my order correct. This past time, they were charging me for 10 rooms, and they did not put down the pet spot remover or couch. We only had 7 rooms.

My carpet looked brand new when my service was done. There were no extra fees for heavily soiled areas, or for larger rooms.

I think pretty good stain removal, hopefully no resurfacing of stains as has occurred with other carpet cleaning companies. Dried pretty fast in my opinion.
