The technicians are very friendly, particularly Melieke Paschal. We had an issue with our previous carpet cleaning that left water stains. Melieke listened to our concerns, was patient with us and did a superb job getting our carpets cleaned!!! He explained how the stains likely occurred, demonstrating knowledge about the process of carpet stains and how to clean them. Melieke is AWESOME!!!

Eduardo called to say he was on his way and arrived to clean my carpets. He was on time he asked some questions and got right to work. He was working in tandem as I had a window cleaner scheduled for about the same time. They worked out and stayed out of each other’s way! Perfect
Eduardo did a great job making sure to put feet under some of my furniture and told me to give it 24 hours. I was careful and stayed off the carpet as best that I could, since I had the bedroom cleaned also I was so surprised how dry it felt already. My rooms look wonderful, great job as I expected! In past operator wore blue bootie to protect clean carpet. Is this still your policy cuz he did not . Our carpets are clean and were dry in time frame explained. Office very accommodated even gave option to move up appointment. We have used this business a lot in past years and were happy with their employees and service. Thank you !
