I have nothing but good reports about your method of cleaning. This last cleaning, there was an issue with the date they were coming. I had them coming on Friday. We had gotten an email that morning telling us what to do before they arrived that day between 2-5 pm. No one showed up that day. Then we got a call on Saturday around noon saying they were through with their previous home and wanted to know if we were available. They came then and the young men were very nice, but they had us on their schedule for Saturday.

Very very pleased with the outcome of our area rugs. Not to mention the quality professionals that came out! So nice and knowledgeable.

I no longer have the cat or carpet in question, but Zerorez is the only company that successfully got out the cat odor. I won’t use anyone else.

Valentino recommended we have a living room rug cleaned, which we had not planned on, and it came out looking fresh and more to its original color. And the Zerorez pricing was competitive.

The carpet dries quickly and isn’t crunchy! I have used them for years and only had an issue one time in like 15 years. They came back and fixed the issue and were very professional!

The men that came and did the job were great and did I good job. However, I wasn't happy with the 25.00 service fee that I wasn't told about prior to the appointment.

It was easy to book a carpet cleaning appointment and I was happy with the results of the cleaning.

I like that the product used to clean the carpets are natural and leave the carpet smelling great. The two gentleman that arrived to do the cleaning were super courteous, helpful and professional.

The original commitment to do my carpet cleaning this past Saturday afternoon, May 10th, after being cancelled by Zerorez because of some Zerorez tech auto accident, was actually completed as promised later on Saturday afternoon. I was not left "high and dry" as that
expression goes. thanks for Cathy, a supervisor, for seeing that I was assigned a more experienced tech to get the job done.
