Cleaning process and staff are wonderful!

We had a last minute request to have particular areas of carpet in our home cleaned. We had had all our carpets cleaned one month before, but our dog had a nasty BM accident; therefore, we needed these carpet areas recleaned. The service man who arrived was very friendly and professional; he called while en route. He quickly cleaned the areas. We are very pleased with Zerorez service!
