The technician that cleaned our carpet was conscientious and thorough. The only thing I didn’t like was the billing. We had 9 rooms cleaned, but the 3-room special only applied once, which seems to be an incentive to have 3 rooms cleaned at a time and no more or you oay a much higher price per room.

Not only did Zerorez get stains out of my carpets that several other carpet cleaners failed to do, Zerorez did it without any chemical odor. My 20+ year old rugs look new.
