Your technicians are superb. Both Alex and Reginald went above and beyond. Alex demonstrated great problem-solving skills and Reginald, who came out the second time, worked all day on my floors until they met my satisfaction. Additionally, he was only supposed to be here 3 -4 hours and was here all day and I wasn't charged additional. Again, I am thrilled with the quality of technicians and the company's policy of honoring a quote no matter how long it takes.
