This was my 2nd time using Zerorez this year. They have great communication at scheduling and again just before the appointment. John even called when goiong to the job scheduled right before mine to give me an updated ETA. He does a wonderful job and is in and out in remarkable time. The cost is very reasonable - less than the big chain folks, and he does a better job.
