1. I would have been given more advanced notice about the need vacuum the carpets before cleaning.
2. It would have been helpful to have 2 technicians rather than one to help with moving the light furniture out of the way.

The convenience of the pickup and return delivery of my rugs was awesome. The staff are very professional and efficient. The called ahead and came at the promised times. My rugs were beautiful and clean when returned! I highly recommend!

The technician did a great job cleaning my carpet. I was disappointed the he was not able to move my frontroom furniture. He said company policy has changed so they are no longer able to help with this.
I have used Zerorez for many, many years. So this change came to me as a surprise. I only had them move the lighter items in the past. Being a senior citizen, this is disappointing.

I have to say…this has to be the best furniture cleaning services I have ever had. Fabio was very personable and took his project seriously.
