I was in a tight spot and almost wasn’t able to get my carpet cleaned, but they definitely made sure to make it happen. Not only did they make it happen, but they did an amazing and thorough job!

I like the fact that you don't use any harsh chemicals but rely, instead, on the chemical properties of alkaline water when heated. Our technician (JayVon sp?) was very nice and did a wonderful job.
