The technician was great and was very helpful. I was nervous as there was deep set in pet odors that another company’s steam cleaning couldn’t get out. After the application, the citrus smell was great. And after a few days I was shocked by the results. I’m very thankful as we were considering replacing the carpets. Instead, the house sold and I was able to save that money.

I have been using ZeroRez for years. They do such a great job and the techs are very professional. Caleb was my technician this week and he did an amazing job cleaning my upholstery!! We were positively impressed with the chemical free products. The two technicians that did our cleaning were very knowledgeable and efficient in what they did. They thoroughly explained everything and gave us some options. It was a very good experience and we would recommend Zerorez San Diego to friends.
The service man was very polite and friendly. He did a great job in cleaning my steps and my carpet. The cost is a lot less than what I was paying with a previous rug cleaner company.

We have always used ZeroRez because they do such a good job cleaning our carpets. Our technician was Bobby. He arrived at the time he said he would be here. He explained what he was going to do. He got right to work and spent time to really clean the carpets. When he finished he gave us instructions as to when we could walk on the carpet, etc. He was very polite and did a great job. I highly recommend Bobby and the ZeroRez crew.
