I recently had my carpets cleaned by a Restoration company after a water leak repair, and they used a Rug Doctor cleaning machine. Let me tell you I was NOT impressed at all with the results!! I HAD to get the carpets re-cleaned and had heard from several sources that Zerorez was the one to call. I did so and was scheduled within 2 days. The service technician, Mario arrived on time, was very professional, kind and pleasant to talk to. He quickly set up, started cleaning and was done in a timely manner. And I must say, my once soiled carpets once again looked AMAZING!! Zerorez is now my go-to carpet cleaner and I highly recommend them!! :-)
