Arrived on time, completed the cleaning in a little more than an hour. Protective corner devices used where hose needed to round a corner. The cleaner was professional and did a superb job. This is the third time we have used ZeroRez and we will use them again. I am particular who I allow in my home and these folks are top notch professionals. I recommend them highly.

Service gets tough pet stains out. Technician is always friendly, professional and efficient.

The ZeroRez technicians are kind, friendly, efficient, helpful, very polite, and they get the job done in a very timely manner. They clean our office carpets annually, and the carpets always look great when they are done - even the high traffic areas. Best part about ZeroRez is that their cleaning products do NOT smell bad; in fact, there is very minimal odor, if any. We'll be calling them back again next year! Highly recommend.
