Suggestion: Tipping should not be included on your bill. The dollar amount you charge is already high. I paid approximately $800.00 for three hours of cleaning. I think that is more than enough. Tipping not required.

The carpet is clean and looks good. However, for some reason, this time it stayed wet longer. It’s still damp after three days. I don’t know?

Everything about Zerorez was great! They scheduled me very quickly. On the day of service the Khi texted me a couple of times to let me know when he would be to our house. When Khi arrived he asked us questions about our carpet and the stains we wanted removed. He reached deep into his bag of tricks to get the stains up and give us beautiful clean rooms and stairs. I highly recommended them!

Technician was efficient . Carpets look good, no odors and dried in about 24hrs ( with a little help from increasing the temperature in the house 4 degrees)

Your service technician was very professional and personable. He explained the process before starting the job as well at completion of the job. Although I could not see the dust and debris removed from our vents, I now feel better about turning on our furnace. We were able to have our carpets cleaned same day as well.

The only recommendation I may make is to protect the door frames. The large hose wraps around and rubs the doorframes as it moves from room to room. I don't know a solution, but it certainly does not deter me from using your services again.

Shane, my technician, was very helpful and polite; great guy! My carpet came out clean, but the best part is that it was not crunchy after drying. My sectional and loveseat also look beautiful after being cleaned. Very happy.

I have used Zerorez 3-4 times and each time I am very happy with the results. The techs are very sensitive to being careful with my property and wearing shoe covers. Victor is my favorite tech. Very nice and seems to take care of everything needed to get just clean I want.
