We called on a Friday and had service performed on the following Monday, which surpassed our expectations. The service technician, Carlton, arrived on time and was very informative about the impending service. We had three rooms’ carpet cleaned. It took about 30 to 45 min. The dry time indicated was precise and the outcome was great. We would certainly have Zerotez back when the need arises in the future. Thanks, Carlton, for your hard work!

Great customer service from when they arrive to when they leave. They introduce themselves and put on foot covers. You show them the rooms and and they get to work right away. Making sure they clean all the areas you addressed. Very clean and fast. CAREFUL not to bump into walls, furniture etc. Takes 4 hours or so.....to dry, just run fans or AC. Was able to get an appointment right away. This is my second time using them. HAPPY !!!!!

Chelsea and Kendall cleaned our wool carpeting I'm very happy with the work they did, however the carpet experienced wicking and left the carpet looking as if it still wet. Zeroez sent Trey out to attempt to remedy the issue, it helped some so he contacted the office and they sent out Collin who made another attempt and it is much better, thanks for all y'all did, everything was courteous and professional I have no complaints. Definitely recommend them
