Wow! Where to start! This was our first time using zerorez and it was amazing. 2 big dogs and 2 teenage boys...our carpets were bad. We got the 2nd level treatment and couldn't have been more impressed. Out technician was so personable and took his time to ensure every spot looked great. He walked us through each step. I couldn't believe how much gunk came out of the carpet. Our carpet looks almost new!! I am very impressed with the service they provided as well as the technician who stayed past 7 on a Friday night to ensure our carpet looked amazing! Highly recommend!!!

The service was wonderful, carpets and tile are so clean and the tech was AMAZING!!!! He did a great job and communicated well with me to make sure I was happy and aware of all the processes and the cost.

I wanted to share that the entire process was seamless. From communication prior to and all the way until arrival, I was made aware of what to expect. When the service tech arrived, he was courteous and professional. He assessed the entire house, went over what I wanted, spoke to me about the process and wrapped it up with safety and care of after the work was completed. I told the tech I did not expect any miracles because I had teenage kids and two dogs, but after he completed the work, I was completely overwhelmed with how amazing my carpets and tile looked. I just could not believe how amazing and beautiful my house looked.

I've used other companies before and my carpet always seem to look dirty again shortly after cleaning. I've noticed that doesn't happen with zerorez. I also appreciate the recommendations the technician suggests, but is not pushy to up sell.

We've used Zerorez for years because of the non-toxic products and the quick dry time. The best thing about our last service was the TECHNICIAN! Jose was our tech and did a FANTASTIC job. Our carpets looked brand new when he left. If I could give him a 12 rating on a scale of 1-10, I would.
