I had a rug cleaned by Zerorez a couple of weeks ago. The price was great, the service impeccable and the turnaround time very convenient. I intend to use their services again and highly recommend this small local business.

Our carpet cleaner was very professional. He was clear about and could explain the fee schedule and carpet cleaning process. He was also clear about which stains could be removed and which were too damaged from wear and tear. He wiped up the water spots as he cleaned and was overall very nice and did a good job.

Derek did a fantastic job walking the rooms with me, prepping for spots and protecting the corners from the hoses. The stairs were most worrisome and they turned out beautifully! Derek did a great job on the pet odors as well! The carpet looks fantastic and the dry time was as expected--within about 8 hours for the rooms without ceiling fans, quicker for those with the fans!
