The technician that came out, Tyler explained what he was gonna do how he was gonna do it, and I showed him where I needed him to concentrate. He was a very engaging technician seemed like he had commitment to the work that he was doing and I very much like the way he performed his tasks.
We had a great experience with Zerorez. There is a lot of foot traffic in our office and that was evident by the black path through our hallways. Zerorez sent a couple of nice gentlemen to our office and cleaned the carpet on a Friday afternoon. Once completed, the carpet looked like new. A couple days later a small spot appeared in one of the offices and they came back and did a spot clean as part of their thirty day guarantee. The cleaners were very professional and respectful.
Also, I've used other carpet cleaners in the past that have come in with equipment that looked like they were rented at a grocery store. Zerorez came in with vans sporting high powered equipment and the cleaners knew how to use them. I highly recommend Zerorez.
