The technician who came listened to my concerns and worked particularly on the area that I told him about. My twelve-year-old carpet looked great when he left.

Ease of scheduling and people show up on time. But when you schedule online your options for pricing or not that great. There is no option for area rugs, for example. So when the person shows up to clean, what was quoted is wrong and the price changes. I requested pet treatment for a small room at $60 because that was my only option but what I really needed was pet treatment of an area rug. When the person came to clean, they said instead of the $60 I was quoted for a small room it would actually be per square foot, which was more. Which also makes no sense.

He also reduced the original cost of one room once he was he saw the size, and as a result of these actions we had him also clean our master shower and tile floors and they look amazing. The cleaning made our carpets look better for sure! Glad that some stains came up, but wish that others could have been taken care of as well. The technician was early, but called ahead to ask if that was ok. He was friendly and thorough.
