We got our carpet cleaned plus two white upholstered chairs. We have a big dog that leaves a brown tinge in his areas he hangs in. Everything looks great where John cleaned. He was efficient, easy to schedule, and communicated to let us know he’d be early.

I'm very pleased with the service I received from your company. Chris, the service tech, was awesome and did an outstanding job of cleaning my very dirty area rugs. Chris is very personable and thoroughly explained how the Zerorez process is different from others. He did a great job and I plan to use Zerorez in the future.

Communication was great. Booking, reminders, etc were easy by text. When I remarked that I had a couple spots that didn’t get clean, the technician was sent back out quickly.

Zerorez is the only company I use to clean my carpets! They are courteous, quick, reasonably priced, and get my carpets looking and feeling so clean. It always surprises me that they can get spots, that I think are a lost cause on my 18 yr old carpet, cleaner than they've been in years.

My carpet in the den had a lot of stains and they were all removed.
I had 3 rooms cleaned and they were all old wall to wall carpet. The young man was very polite and did a good job.

We had both our vents and carpet cleaned. We had never used Zerorez before but were referred by a friend. The process was explained to us before the cleaning started and all of our questions answered. Morino was very knowledgeable, professional and has great customer service skills. Our house feels so much cleaner now, and we can definitely tell that the amount of dust is substantially less. When the sun is shining through our front window, we no longer see all of the dust particles floating around like we did.
