My technician was thorough and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets.
The service was excellent; scheduled quickly, showed up on time with pre-notification, polite and professional, and our tile and grout now looks as good as new, The only exception is our shower where there were issues with the grout and mold that could not be entirely cleaned up. Also, the total price was significantly more than originally estimated. The on-line estimate app should require an estimate of square footage to be cleaned and sealed. Overall, I would recommend Zerorez for tile and grout cleaning services.
