I have used your services for the last few years and was pleased with the technicians that you sent to my home. This time I requested Cecil who has done my carpets before. Your office sent a different tech and he told me that Cecil took the day off. The technician that you sent to my home was not as good as Cecil. He was an hour late and he did an average job. After the walk thru I had to remind him to rake the carpet. He was able to get the spots out and I pointed one out that he made and he just left it. I had to use a spot remover to take it out carefully. Next time I would like to know if I would be getting Cecil for the next job I schedule. Thank you.

Since I had my house cleaned last December, and loved the results, I took you up on your recent offer for the "3 room special" you sent me via email. I picked my dining room, kitchen, and laundry room as they have the most foot traffic. Your guy Zeke showed up on time in the window set and got to work soon after I went over the choices. He was friendly, professional, and skilled. He told me the process and gave a time estimate. He was done with the tile according to plan and did a fantastic job! My tile has grooves in it and your service really does make it look "new home" new. He left the place cleaner than he found it and picked up after himself when he was done. Zeke is a great addition to your team of service professionals! Thanks again for a great job; I'll use you again and recommend Zerorez anytime anyone talks about floors. Nick

Yet another hurrah for Zerorez! Jonathan Gray tackled a thorough cleaning of our 26 year-old carpet, removing stains that had been around for several years. He also did an amazing job on the stairs (carpeted), not skipping an inch. Jonathan communicated very pleasantly before and after, making sure that we were happy. Thank you Jonathan!
