Did a great job
The person that came to clean the carpets was outstanding. We have been using Zerorez for years. This is probably the cleanest the carpets have ever looked. He was able to make high traffic areas look like new. This is the first time that no spots re-appreared after drying. I will keep coming back to Zerorez.

Dain and Ben did a fabulous job on our carpet cleaning ! I had some big grease spots in our hallway which Stanley Steemer could not get out, in fact I actually think they made them worse. Dain got those spots out without much of a problem. I told him if he couldn’t get those grease spots out that I was going to get new carpeting. Thankfully I don’t have to replace it. They were very pleasant and respectful. Never again will I use Stanley Steemer! I’m so very pleased with Zerorez!

This was our first time with ZEROREZ, and we are extremely happy with the way our carpets look and feel. No crunchy carpet feeling with bare feet like we've experienced in the past with other carpet cleaning companies. Our technician was knowledgeable, professional and polite. We even got an estimate for tile cleaning and sealing, we are definitely using them again.
For several years now we have been very appreciative of the care and knowledge of your techs. They make sure everyone is on the same page before they start, they ask if there is anything else you want done, they are efficient, polite and careful. We are still pleased with your service.

I appreciated the way your technician Nick, came up to me, introduced himself, stated who
he was with and was ready to get started.
After seeing the scope of work, Nick gave me an approximate time it would take him, said he
was fully equipped to do the work and got to getting done.
When he was finished, he gave me a quick low down on what he saw, and a stain he was
not able to remove, even after giving it some effort.
Overall, honest, good manners, provided information, showed confidence, and got to it.

No soap residue! Stains do not return! Carpet almost dry by time you leave! No one compares to Zerorez!!
Arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. However could not clean under the couch because he couldn’t move it. I am a 94 year woman and not any help.
