Joe came out to my house to do my cleaning he was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions. He explained the process in detail & went over many things. The van tank of water became full he took gal pails & filled them up & kept them in the back of the van to properly dump the water. carpets look good & I would use them again.
The technician was timely arriving and assessed the areas for cleaning followed by a complete explanation of the process.
On Saturday, we had our carpets cleaned and the representative that come out was very energetic, professional and courteous.

I love Zerorez! I use them everytime I want my carpet cleaned. We have 2 dogs and cream colored carpet. It comes out looking brand new every time. The technician is always professional and friendly and will answer any questions you have. Highly recommend!
