Our service technician G was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained their carpet cleaning process and answered all of our questions. We have older carpet and after he cleaned it the carpet looked five years newer. It looked and smelled great. Even the high traffic areas were spotless. He also left a bottle of their multi-surface cleaner. We were high satisfied with G and his work ethic.

The techs are always very educated on issues related to carpet cleaning, stains, etc. They are also very professional and seem to really care about taking care of my carpet and my home. I also like not having a residue on my carpets after they are cleaned.

He arrived on time and got to work right away after explaining his cleaning process. He cleaned all the floors in our new home and did a wonderful job! Everything feels so much cleaner now. We will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.
