Then the fact he took his time and went room to room with us and explained what techniques he suggested for each room without trying to be a pushy salesman. The guys were very friendly. They walked me through on what they were going to do. One of the vents didn't get closed all the way and there was a mess. Wyatt apologized and said I'll grab my vacuum and clean that up for you. Job well done.

Eager, professional, very nice young man did exactly as he was supposed to. I looked on line and saw the prices so decided to see what days and times were available. To my surprise (and delight). There was an availability the next day! I signed up and he showed up! Great company!!
Service is extremely effective. Carpet was restored to clean condition with 90% of stains removed. Antibacterial treatment got rid of pet odor. ZeroRez is my new go-to when we turn over tenants.
