Fast, efficient, stains are gone!

The technicians did a very good job removing all the carpet stains. It did remain wet for longer than they said, but it is understandable.
They were very polite and professional.

We were very satisfied with Zerorez. The technician spent a lot of time on the stubborn spots making sure we were happy. He gave good advice on taking care of our carpet.

We have used Zerorez for most of our carpet cleaning services. We have been pleased with the personnel and service. Other companies offer comparable service for less cost so I wait for specials offered by Zerorez.
I was told that I would receive an invoice by email for services performed Friday, 4 April. I have not yet received that.

Our Technician was Braiden and he was very personable. He entered our home as if we were old friends. He did a fantastic job and made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left.

We have just had 8 puppies and have 2 adult dogs and we really needed a deep clean on our carpets. I knew Zero Rez would work their magic. The technician Riley is polite, professional and very good at his job. We have had him a couple of times and he does not disappoint. We are set for a quarterly clean to keep our house in good shape.
