Zach was quick and efficient!

Aaron was great. He called several times in the morning before arrival to update me on his ETA. He cleaned the couch, which I added on last minute, and he washed our rug that was able to be washed in house. He loaded the rest of the rugs into his van for the service to wash in the factory, as they were more delicate. He was very careful to call his company and consult them about whether the rugs should be taken in or washed on site. The only thing is that ZeroRez only sends out one employee per service, so I had to help him carry the furniture off the rugs and one of the heavy rugs to the van. Otherwise, he said they do come back another day if no one is able to help lift. Thank you very much, Aaron!

The tile cleaning in the bathroom was not acceptable, it left white film all over the tile so I had to manually scrub it with a brush and OTC tile cleaner.

The indivisible who worked on our carpet was very respectful and knowledgeable. Took time to explain their process. Also showed when they were working a harder stain we had in our carpet due to laundry soap spill. Very pleased with our results.

Good communication. I received a voicemail reminder the day prior to my appointment and a text the day of to say the techs were 15 min out and they arrived on time. Friendly, courteous and very informative. Technician Trainer Mandel Dalton was amazing! He was readily able to “add on” to my order with a discount! He and his partner (Name?) spent extra time/effort to remove my stains. My 24 year old carpet looks and feels new again! I will certainly use Zerorez again and request Mandel🙂
