I am happy that I chose Zerorez to clean the carpets in my new home! The entire experience was positive, from the communication before my appointment to the day of, with a phone call notifying me as to when Gunther would arrive at my home. Gunther was very professional and listened to my concerns regarding a couple of spots on my carpet, which he was able to remove.
I will use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning again and highly recommend them to others!

Joe did an amazing job on my carpets. He showed me what was in my carpets. Told me some tricks and tips on how to remove urine out of my carpet. I definitely want him back to do more. Give this man a raise with money, not a swift kick in the butt.
