Professional, knowledgeable

I had Zerorez come and clean carpets in 3 bedrooms, a hallway, and my stairwell. The individual who performed the services was courteous. He worked quickly and efficiently. I hardly knew he was there. He wrapped up in what felt like an hour after arriving. We walked through the rooms and I confirmed everything looked and smelled good. I suspect I'll be using Zerorez again in the future for other rooms and furniture.

Jay did a fantastic job on my furniture, carpet and an area rug. I never thought the furniture would ever be that clean again. He spent a long time removing stains and general dirt from the furniture and I am so pleased. He also got out some stains on an area rug that were embedded from a senior dog doing his business on it in several places. I was going to replace the rug if he couldn’t get the old stains out. So he saved me some money!
There was no lingering odor like most rug cleaners and it looks clean- not just skimmed over.
I would definitely use Zerorez again and ask for Jay! It was a great experience and top notch cleaning.

The service men are very open and honest about your product. My carpets are always clean the stains do not reappear and everyone is friendly. The crew gets in and out in a timely manner. I have never been disappointed, and I trust the crew.

I HAD MY HOME STEPS clean the first time however i was not 100% satisfied so i let them know about that so someone called me i believe his name was PAUL and said sorry for my experience and he sent another cleaner technologist to re-do it again with no charge.i was extremely happy for recleaning my carpet and because of that, i will have them do my cleaning later on.i recommend this place to do all cleaning with 100%satiafation
