The technician Steven called me 30 minutes before arrival, explained and answered any questions I had. He then methodically went about cleaning my carpeting in 2 bedrooms, hallway, living room and dining room. I loved that he wore shoe covers and protected any walls that came in contact with the hoses. He then went on to clean my stained light colored couch and 4 dining room chairs. Everything looks brand new and fresh. I highly recommend this company!
