The crew that came to our house completed the cleaning of 4 rooms and 1 stair case were courteous and worked efficiently and carefully. We had several spots that we thought may not come out, but the crew go all spots out and our carpets were as good as new!

Prompt and professional. Owen explained everything before starting and he answered all my questions. He also showed me the first room after he completed it to see if I was satisfied with it. We did a walk-through when he was completely finished and pointed out the couple areas that I had called out to him before he started as being more worn and more soiled than the rest of the carpet. He explained that he had worked especially hard to clean those spots and got them as clean as he could. He didn’t try to cover up the fact that were not as good as the rest of the carpet.
