The process does not make your hose smell like chemicals and the techs are great. Just wish you would move furniture

The carpets look great, dried quickly, and there was no odor. I think it would benefit the business to provide written instructions. No stains remain. We did ask for extra care in a couple spots and they look like new. Thank you Auggie!
