How affordable and effective the carpet cleaning service has done to my carpets.

Michael was courteous and professional; worked quickly and even did a better job than the last technician that cleaned our carpets (I have Zerorez come every 6 months). I had him also clean our tile and it looks so nice. If we can ask for the same technician to come back, I'll ask for him.
