The only problem I found is that on both service appts. when asked the technician did not service behind doors in bedrooms contracted. TU

The guys were respectful, friendly, efficient, helpful, and informative. They did nice work and were in-and-out faster than we expected. It did take till the afternoon of the next day before the carpet felt really dry, but that's probably because we had the protectant applied. It seems to have been worth it. We had a spill only a day later and it cleaned-up with just water.

The deep prewash cleaning ! Person cleaned couch and ended up looking like new! When asked if could clean grout said no problem and kitchen tile floor looks amazing!
