Communication was good. Our technician, Nathan, arrived within the timeframe we were promised. He was professional and friendly. He explained the cleaning process and gave us additional ideas on how to improve our indoor air quality. He got to work quickly. It took about two hours to clean our vents. Everything went well and we plan to schedule another vent cleaning in a few years. Prior to scheduling this appointment, we checked prices with other companies. ZeroRez prices were comparable with others offering the same service.

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained the process to me. Asked me about concerned areas. The carpets were cleaned and look great. He shared information about how long it takes for the carpets to dry and to put out some fans to speed up the drying process. He was thorough and very courteous and polite.
