I'm well aware that my entire house could use your services, but right now I just wanted to get rid of the messes my dog has made in two specific areas. I appreciate the technician's understanding and lack of pressuring me to do more! I was amazed at how clean they were able to make the areas - even though I know, in time, the messes reappear. I can't afford new carpet for the whole area, so this was a lifesaver!

Professional vendor. Timely. Suggested additional services. Carpeted rooms had dog urine spots and vendor added spot and odor eliminator. I added porous tile floor steaming and the tiles and grout came out great!
