You hire good people and that's tough to do. Your products don't have a strong smell or appear to leave a residue that gathers dirt that defeats the purpose of having your carpets cleaned in the first place. The cleaning was successful and your technician was professional and friendly - overall success. I do have two suggestions though: (i) offer a furniture moving option for a fee; and (ii) your truck was pretty stinky - find a way to eliminate/minimize that smell.
It is so easy to make an appointment for service online. Followup emails and texts are great and I keep using Zerorez because I am pleased with your service and the results every time.
