I've used Zerorez for more than 10 years, in two different states. I like the idea of the cleaning process leaving no residue on the carpet. Usually there's very little moisture left in carpet, so it dries fast. This last time there was more water remaining, so it took 12 hours to dry. However, the technician was on time, efficient and careful while cleaning around the larger furniture, which was much appreciated.
