Good products and service.

This is my second year using the services of Zerorez. I loved everything about the company last year. The technician was friendly, efficient and professional, the carpet was clean and furthermore, it stayed clean for quite a long time. This year, again...the technician was wonderful. He kept me informed about when he was coming, he was thoughtful and professional. However, I wasn't satisfied with the carpet cleaning.

After the technician left, I called the Zerorez office to say that the carpet still looked soiled in places and to ask that it be recleaned. An appointment was made for the following day, which was nice because I didn't need to move items and vacuum again. The same technician returned, listened to my "complaints" and without any argument, recleaned the carpet. I am very satisfied with job this time.

Thank you, Zerorez, for creating a company that hires good people and has a great system for cleaning carpet. I will love you even more if you can find it in your heart to reduce your prices.

Pleasant young tech did the job for us which was not easy given we are on the 4th floor. He did a thorough job of the main bedroom rug as requested, as well as a couple of extra small rugs for which we paid extra.
