great guys, the staff is well trained and the job is good every time.

They don’t use a lot of chemicals so not a lot if smells and the upholstery or carpets don’t get too wet.

The guys were professional and kind, they knocked it out quick. Lois, Daniel, Davon and the last guy were great at explaining and I purchased a hepa filter upon Davon telling me and shifting the conversation to Louis. The are both great at leadership roles 👏 will call for service again

I appreciated the ease of ordering online. Also, the tech called ahead of time as stated and arrived promptly. We had a sectional cleaned along with a large ottoman and area rug. He finished the job in a timely manner. Was respectful and professional. Husband and I are very happy with how clean everything turned out. The last time we had the sectional cleaned by another company, some of the stains returned after it was dried. It's been almost a week and everything still looks terrific! We will use your company again.

Both times I have used Zerorez they were quick to schedule an appointment. The tech arrived on time or before. The job was completed promptly with no issues. The last tech, Zach, called and asked if I would like my carpets cleaned earlier than scheduled as his first appointment cancelled. He did a great job cleaning both the carpeting and the sofa and love seat. I will ask for him the next time I need carpets cleaned. Fantastic job, Zach!
