The technician arrived onsite at the beginning of the promised time window, so it did not take my whole morning. I had agreed to one room and a stairway, but he included a hallway for no extra charge. And he did an excellent job.

When the service was done, the carpets looked almost new with a bright blue color. They also felt new with feet sinking down into the pile. The technician was very friendly and willing to assist our needs.
