AJ came in for a 30 day retouch treatment. We weren’t very pleased with our original cleaning (not provided by AJ), and we were given the option for the free re touch. AJ was friendly, communicative, and very thorough. Our carpets looked significantly better than the first time. The only reason a 10 rating was not given was because of the original guy that came in.

I have called Zerorez for carpet cleaning for the last few years. Their technicians are committed to doing excellent cleaning. Francisco, our technician, came Friday morning. We went through my home and I explained what I would like to be done. It was a year ago since the carpeting was cleaned. Francisco was courteous, listened to my descriptions, and followed through with cleaning that was needed. He added the protective finish, which I like to help preserve the life of the carpeting. He did an excellent job throughout the three rooms and hallway that he cleaned! He is detailed oriented and took care of problem areas. Our daughter came over this morning, looked around, and commented how nice the carpeting looked. She also uses Zerorez for her carpet cleaning needs. I highly recommend Zerorez, their products, and their technicians!

This was my first time to ever contact zerorez about anything. Josh arrived at my home on time and was very nice and polite answering all of my questions. Within3 hours he had my 30 year old area rug clean as well as my sectional, my armchair and footstool and all of my dining room chairs. The price was lower than I expected and my husband and I are very pleased with the results!

On time, explained the process, did a nice job on the room, reduced the darkness of the stain and explained the reason it could not be completely remived.

I like the work you do. The price to do the work I paid for was ok until the man who came to do the work that I always ask to do said I would be charged an extra $45 to do a very small area that I have been doing for 7 years .The price that he quoted to me was not on the order form on the computer. I always do my ordering on the computer. You need to put that saying on the form next time I order I will know the price.

The call in to make the appointment was simple and straightforward. Then, we received reminders about the upcoming appointment. On the day of the appointment, we appreciated how Dominic notified us when he was coming and was on time, then, explained everything that he was doing, politely and respectfully. In addition, he mentioned how long we needed to wait before putting any of our wooden furniture that we had moved back on the carpet to avoid it being affected by the carpet. Then, suggested placing a towel on the floor adjoining the carpet to avoid slipping when stepping off the carpet while it was still wet. Not only does the carpet look better, but I ran my hands over the carpet and there was no residue like we have experienced with other carpet cleaning. And, no strong chemical odor, as well. In fact, the air inside the house seems fresher.

My carpets were cleaned in a reasonable amount of time by Colby. He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. My carpets dried in about 6 hours and they look great!

The service was great. However, my rug is still wet after 2 days, and the stains are still on my rug.

I worked with Nikki remotely to schedule the cleaning of my Mother's house which we are preparing for sale. She was very helpful and responsive to my needs. Unfortunately I was not present for the actual cleaning, so I cannot comment. I did receive pictures of the final carpet from the technicians which I appreciated.

Just like Lars Larson, I like everything about your service. In the past I have tried Stanly Steamer and Chem Dry, what a joke. They leave a soapy residue and take forever to dry. I had some bad stains in my white Berber carpet, and Matt took them right out with Zerorez. I own 5 homes and other commercial buildings, and will only use Zerorez in the future.
