Awesome customer service!

The technician was very friendly. He walked us through the service we needed and then offered an upgrade with no pressure. We only have 2 rooms with carpet and we have dogs who like to make themselves at home on said carpet. The carpet now looks refreshed and we chose the protective spray to help keep them looking fresher longer.

Concentrated on some spots and was able to get them out. Happy withe result and appreciate his explanation for the one carpet that could not be done in house.

They were absolutely fabulous to work with and the young gentleman that did the work did an awesome job! 2 bedroom carpets, 2 rooms of tile, & 4 xl barrel chairs to clean. Everything turned out even better than I thought could happen!
