Our tech Joseph did a great job for us. We were notified that he would be late for our 1:00pm appointment. When he arrived at about 4:00, he was very sorry for the delay as 2 previous customers added several pieces of furniture to their orders. We worked with him and it worked out okay!
We also like Oxi Fresh because the equipment can be brought in and the door closed. It smells fresh and clean and dries quickly. We will definitely be calling again for service! Thank you!! ☺

Amber and Kimberly were excellent on the phone. I had blood all over my walk-in closet carpeting and my husband and I were very concerned. We tried some home products and they were ineffective. When I called Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning, I found out that they were reasonably priced. They made an appointment for me for the following afternoon, and Frank called and said that he was on his way over. He arrived on time with a big smile on his face. He promptly used his Oxi Fresh method, and all of the blood was removed. He also left a bottle of "Oxi Fresh Spotter" for future needs. I love the care and follow up which Oxi Fresh gave us and we will certainly call them at our next opportunity.

Not only weather products amazing and able to take out the stains and pet odor. It was the employees that came to service our carpet. Frank and Joe are an asset to the company! We are so blessed to have them as our carpet cleaners. We will be using them annually. And when we move into our new home.
Joe was on time and did a great job. 3 years ago I raved about the man who cleaned our carpets, but Joe was 200% better. He cleaned a landing that the first man wouldn't clean. Joe did not rake the berber carpet so I did not have to glue down any loops.
