This was a great choice for my carpet cleaning. My carpets, though not badly stained, are quite old and had clear signs of age and regular traffic. This cleaning process not only removed the soil from my stairs, stair landing, and hallways, but did a great job a lifting the fiber - even the areas that had lost twist, making it look years newer. Best of all, it has remained that way and continues to look great.
The technician was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He spent extra time on the areas that showed the most wear and soil and succeeded in revitalizing them completely.

My husband and I learned about Oxi-Fresh Carpet Cleaning last Spring when I cut my leg and spilled some blood on the carpet. Frank Souk came out immediately and removed the blood stains. We were so pleased that we decided to call Oxi-Fresh for future carpet cleaning.
Blaine came to our home last Saturday. He did an excellent job on cleaning our carpeting. He listened carefully to our instructions, and followed through with a cheerful attitude and vast experience. He completed the work in less than 3 hours, and the carpet was dry several hours later. My husband and I will certainly call Oxi-Fresh whenever we need our carpets cleaned.

My carpets are beautiful! Spots are gone and no crusty residue on the carpet as with other cleaning services I've used. Took less than 2 hours to clean 3 bedrooms, 2 staircases and an area rug. Minimal odor (which quickly dissipated when I opened the windows) and the carpets were dry within 2-3 hours. I like the fact that the process is more environmentally friendly than other carpet cleaning services.
Blaine arrived on time (he called ahead when he was on the way) and was polite, professional and respectful. He helped move smaller pieces of furniture and even gave me a little bottle of spot cleaner before he left. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.
However, I was a little put off by the request for a "tip" on the final invoice. Blaine did an excellent job, but I expected him (or any other service representative) to do the job to his highest level. My issue is with the company, not with the service rep. Either pay your people more or train them better (to deliver excellent service all the time) or both.
Also, I found the website to be confusing, cluttered and difficult to navigate. I tried several times to book an appointment online and the page either locked up or shut down.
Those are minor issues which can be fixed. I'm glad i found Oxi Fresh to make my house look and smell like new.
