This was a great choice for my carpet cleaning. My carpets, though not badly stained, are quite old and had clear signs of age and regular traffic. This cleaning process not only removed the soil from my stairs, stair landing, and hallways, but did a great job a lifting the fiber - even the areas that had lost twist, making it look years newer. Best of all, it has remained that way and continues to look great.

The technician was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He spent extra time on the areas that showed the most wear and soil and succeeded in revitalizing them completely.

I've already begun sharing my great experience with Oxi-Fresh. I look forward to doing business with your company in the future!

Professional service tech, a few areas didn't clean as well as others. Carpet stayed wet a little longer than expected. Overall I am happy with the results.
