Ronnie was great with communication, and he did a great job on my living room carpet and rug where there was urine stains. Upstairs there was soap residue from misuse of my handheld cleaner, and he even cleaned the stair steps for free. As a mom with two toddlers, the carpet messes are inevitable and it’s really great to know there is an affordable option to call when the job is more than I want to handle. Thanks so much Ronnie!
