Clean, modern gym with friendly staff

Great classes and lovely staff. There is a great range of equipment and the addition of the extra squat racks upstairs over the past few months has been super.

Relaxing music in sauna and the classes.

Great instructors, very friendly front of house staff, the gym is a comfortable environment and theres rarely an issue getting space. Theres a wide array of classes at a good mix of times, the app for the gym is also very reliable and easy to use.

- great yoga and pilates teachers (however external noise levels are very distracting and not conducive to meditation)
- Lana's aerial yoga
- good choice of classes
- very friendly staff
- jacuzzi (sometimes excessive use of chemicals - some people have complained of skin reactions)
