Open a bit later at weekends

I think you guys should have a diffuser for black women dry up their hair. Every time I go, I have to leave with my hair wet. I will be very thankful

Pool can be cleaned better

During busy periods there is often a hold up entering and exiting the gym due to check-in via App and only one entrance. A separate entrance/exit could be useful?

I'm happy with the gym and facilities. What bothers me sometimes it's when people don't clean the equipment after use, and generally these people swet a lot and stinks. Also stay there watching video and instagram instead of working out (but both are not under your control). To finish, I feel that some of the instructors are not prepared to give some classes, especially bodypump and combat that requires a certain rhythm.

I would suggest maybe getting more black weight plates for the upstairs - seems like there are a lot less of them than there used to be

Classes for people with injuries

It was wonderful to see the jacuzzi open again, I do think you may need a rail to support getting in and out of it.

3 strikes in a month is a bit harsh, especially when work can mess you up last minute. Wonder could there be any more leeway on it

I’m very happy what I get at 1escape. Great facilities, friendly helpful staff and happy for having placed back the jacuzzi! ;))

I would suggest to add boxing on Friday evening and I would like to say that Rebece which just joined the team is great, she is passionated about her job and she is always asking how we are. Very chatty and nice, great work team!!

Not much else you can do 😂

You can do better by asking people to wear towels and wipe after using machines or dumbells. Everything else is ok.

More classes during the mornings and more variety since at 1pm its always the same

I would suit me better weekly scheduling times from 4pm to 6pm and early morning Pilates, Yoga and Brooklyn Boxfit classes. I would love to see more Pilates and Yogalates classes also with Vanessa, she is great, great energy, different exercises, always empowering people to work in their own pace.

Pay as You Go Phone charging stations in lockers or plugs in lockers!

More pilates classes would be great - they always book out in minutes and the waiting lists are always very long.

The one improvement I would suggest is a greater variety of class times, preferably later in the evenings.

I love the place but I think it’s too pricey comparing to others gyms around Dublin

Sometimes equipment will stay a very long time out of order for maintenance, which can be frustrating when they're part of your workout.

I find sometimes hard to get a spot in an aerial yoga/ yoga / pilates class.
It would be great maybe to increase the number of classes.

I wish you had fitness classes for pregnant women and families with children. If there was a slot for families with children in the pool area, you would attract more customers from the area.
