I'm so happy with the gym everything is perfect.

Absolutely nothing to complain

Very good place to work out and relax! I’d suggest just to improve a little the males toilets and urinals cleaning but the rest of the place and the way it works are 100% for me!

Very clean and very friendly staff

The zumba routine is kinda hard for an overweight woman like me but it does help move the muscles and fat around.

The staff really is the best! I would like to thank them all for being always very kind :)

I would say it would be very helpful to freeze/ unfreeze the memebership for weeks instead of a full month.

Everything is great.

Personal trainers that are just checking the gym around, should correct people doing weights with wrong posture.
I am learning an i can see so many people using the machines with poor posture.

I recently moved home & getting to my usual gym at 1 escape became difficult.
Therefore I temporarily suspended my membership while I worked out circumstances - & joined another gym.
There was no comparison.
As soon as my membership restarted I am back.
although my home gym, 1escape is difficult to get to, I have found a way to make Icon work during the week & keep coming to 1escape as a treat for the weekends.
So glad to be back - & it shows in my fitness levels too.

Everyone has been really friendly and helpful. Not much more you can do.

Highly recommend, everything is perfect. All the staff and coaches are professional, the classes are great motivating to start fitness journey.

It would be great to see more class times around the 8am timeframe

Overall the gym is really good, as well as all the amenities and other areas. I’d say there needs to be more investment in the upstairs gym. Get new benches and new weights. I’d also suggest a bigger cable crossover machine.

I'm really enjoying my classes. I haven't felt this happy in so long. I look forward to them every day and seeing the instructors. The classes are really fun. Thank you all so much

Everything is good! Clean and organized! Last week there was problem with hair dryers but it was fixed in few minutes.. very much appreciated.

There is maybe too many people after work

Shower with co trol of temperature would be amazing and Reformer Pilates class please!

I feel that although the facilities are very good the monthly fee is too much. I think 100 a month is a fair price.

I think the points system should be changed - make it cost less points to bring guests on quieter days (they also spend money on vending machines etc. So could bring more cash in)

Really clean and quiet gym

I loveeee the pool area. Like a spa. I feel so relaxed at this gym! Just what I need.

I believe the club is running perfectly well, no need to create new things the best thing to do is keeping the good work, always trying to find people who enjoy work as part of that wonderful team.

If was possible to get a day pass for my friend to come with me one the days because he's thinking of joining a gym

The treadmill area on the ground floor could use brighter lighting - it can be difficult to see your steps when you're running.
