I'm very happy with everything at One Escape. no changes to suggest.

I think 1escape should invest more in preventive maintenance. For the past couple of months there is at least one or two machines not working and it usually take a couple of weeks to fix the issue. When you have limited space and only one of each machine it starts to become a problem considering that the quantity of members have been increasing recently

ust a comment - a lot of people sit on the exercise machines after use for rest. maybe some benches to free them up?

I would just suggest that if possible, to work on the idea of having more yoga classes available as they go so quick, and also it is really good having both beginners/improvers and all levels, that really makes a difference. Additionaly,I talked to some of my friends that also are gym goers that would be lovely if aerial yoga was also available for beginners as one of our friends had a class and couldn't follow the instructions cus everyone seemed very experienced on it and she gave up on it and because of that, I noticed that the same happened with some of gym goers there, had one class and never again.
All I can say now is that I love going to 1 escape! It has completely changed my routine for the best!

It's all good. A lateral raise machine would be nice but that's the only thing I can think of. Price is going to offset some ppl joining.

gym well maintained, staff are plentiful and friendly

Sometimes there is standing water on the floor in the dry sauna. It seems to come front under the bricks. I’m not sure if it a leak or condensation. In the evening the water can cause a bad smell. Otherwise the place is great. Classes are all fantastic.

Best gym in the country! Between Davey and Kimmy’s premier classes to a well equipped and so well looked after Health-club you could not find better. Open a bit later at weekends

I think you guys should have a diffuser for black women dry up their hair. Every time I go, I have to leave with my hair wet. I will be very thankful

Pool can be cleaned better

During busy periods there is often a hold up entering and exiting the gym due to check-in via App and only one entrance. A separate entrance/exit could be useful?

I'm happy with the gym and facilities. What bothers me sometimes it's when people don't clean the equipment after use, and generally these people swet a lot and stinks. Also stay there watching video and instagram instead of working out (but both are not under your control). To finish, I feel that some of the instructors are not prepared to give some classes, especially bodypump and combat that requires a certain rhythm.

I would suggest maybe getting more black weight plates for the upstairs - seems like there are a lot less of them than there used to be

Classes for people with injuries

3 strikes in a month is a bit harsh, especially when work can mess you up last minute. Wonder could there be any more leeway on it

It was wonderful to see the jacuzzi open again, I do think you may need a rail to support getting in and out of it.
