It will be brilliant if we have more classes early in the morning, like ABS, yoga or pilates.

Always look forward to classes and a quiet swim. It’s bliss!!

Sometimes maybe have a trainer free on the floor so that if you need help you can get it readily

My only suggestion would be to try to repair the broken machines sooner, but I'm sure you guys are doing your best!

I've been attending this gym again for the past weeks, and it has truly been a transformative experience. The facilities are top-notch, always clean, and the equipment is state-of-the-art. But what truly stands out is their professional trainers, especially Rebecca. Their expertise, dedication, and individualized guidance have taken my fitness journey to a whole new level. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to push their boundaries and achieve their health goals.

Staff is nice and friendly, however, it would be nice if they greeting clients. This will definitely improve the hospitality of the club.

I love this gym! It feels so good to be a member of Oneescape. I used to go to a gym which didnt have half of the equipment that is provided here. The staff are all really nice and engage in conversations so are really easy to get on with if you have any questions. All the classes I went to so far are really good and the trainers explain everything ahead of the class so there is no need to worry if you're a newcomer!

Amazing gym great for general fitness and mental health.

The time since I joined 1 Escape Health Club, has been very satisfiying, their service offer is very complete, the staff is very supportive and I am so happy that I joined this health club!!

There is nothing you guys can do, just wrong time, very busy 😵‍💫😵‍💫 I never go this time.

Would be great have some new equipments and more variety

It would be great if more attention could be made to the men’s showers to ensure that the soap dispenser is kept stocked for use. Many of the stalls are often out of soap when I try to use them between 6pm and 8:30pm. I know this is the busiest time for the gym, but that’s all the more reason to ensure they are checked regularly.

Other than that, everything is great. I’m really enjoying the service, and the team (especially Juliette) are fantastic.
